Cantiones Choir 40th Anniversary performance of Haydn’s The Creation

Deputy-Lieutenant Diana Flint attended a concert to celebrate 40 years of the Cantiones Choir at the new Holroyd Theatre in Weston Rhyn.  They were joined by The Border Orchestra for a wonderful performance of Haydyn’s, The Creation.

There were stunning performances by soloists  Holly Teague (Soprano), Tom Kelly (Tenor) and Andrew Randall (Baritone), who all have impressive professional credits. 

Every seat was sold to a very appreciative audience and Musical Director Martyn Bussey pulled everything together and delivered a thrilling performance.
