Shropshire based WilloGame recognised with the King’s Award for Enterprise

The Lord-Lieutenant was thrilled to learn that south Shropshire based WilloGame Ltd have been awarded a King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade. The company, founded by Will Oakley, export high quality wild game to countries across the globe, as well as supplying quality hotels and restaurants within the UK. 

This year, 252 businesses representing every part of the United Kingdom and a diverse range of sectors have been recognised by His Majesty The King as among the best in the country. A total of 257 Awards are made with five companies being recognised with two Awards.

161 businesses were recognised in the International Trade category, 59 for Innovation, 29 for Sustainable Development and 8 for Promoting Opportunity through social mobility.

WilloGame will be able to fly the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise flag for the next five years and will be invited to a royal reception in the summer which celebrates the winners of this year’s awards.
