Kelda Wood MBE receives her Honour from The Princess Royal

Kelda Wood MBE received her Honour from The Princess Royal this week at a ceremony held at Windsor Castle.

In 2019, Shropshire resident, Kelda Wood MBE became the first adaptive rower to row the Atlantic – having previously been the first adaptive climber to climb Kilimanjaro.  Determined to use her experiences to help others, Kelda established Climbing Out, which runs a programme of outdoor activities.
