High Sheriff of Shropshire’s Outstanding Young Citizen Awards

The Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire was delighted to attend the High Sheriff of Shropshire’s Outstanding Young Citizen Awards ceremony at Shrewsbury College. It was a fantastic celebration that saw 60 young people recognised for all the wonderful things they do in our community.

In recent years, the High Sheriff of Shropshire has made a number of personal awards to recognise and celebrate the work of individuals within the County. Nominations for the award are made via the young person’s school, youth club or youth organisation.
