Chinese Arts and Culture Centre – Autumn Festival

Deputy Lieutenant, Sir Edward Tate Bt had the pleasure of representing The Lord Lieutenant at the Chinese Arts and Culture Centre in Telford for a Mid-Autumn Festival organised by Chinese Culture Kind.

To a filled venue the celebrations brought together people of all ages representing the vibrant diversity of CDA to enjoy traditional dance & ceremonies, education, colour and inclusivity. The packed program was complimented by speakers from Keel University, the NHS, the world of sport and a multitude of workshops included the emergency services, healthy life styles and the firm favourite the making of Mooncakes.

To round off formalities certificates were awarded to the hard working volunteers who make up Chinses Culture Kind in recognition of their hard work, dedication and energy.
